Shipping Policy

Production Time:

  • Our production time ranges from 2-5 business days, extending up to 7 business days depending on workflow, order size, and production schedules.

Shipping within North America:

  • Every order ships with tracking.
  • Your shipping options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free Shipping:

  • Qualifying orders ship free. Your cart shows whether your order qualifies before you pay.

Order Tracking:

  • You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • You can also check your order anytime from your account.

Lost/Delayed Orders:

  • In case of lost or delayed shipments, customers should notify us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier.
  • If an order is confirmed lost, we will reprint and resend the order at no additional cost to the customer.
  • You are responsible to ensure your shipping address including unit/suite number is correct and in full. Any and all returned or undeliverable shipment charges we receive from the postal service for your order will be charged back to you.
