Shipping Policy

Production Time:

• Our production time ranges from 2-5 business days, extending up to 7 business days depending on workflow, order size, and production schedules.

Shipping within North America:

• We currently ship across North America with tracked expedited shipping.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination.

Free Shipping Option:

• We are considering offering free shipping for orders over a certain dollar amount. This will be confirmed and communicated to our customers.

Order Tracking:

• Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order is shipped.
• We may also provide a page on our website for order tracking.

Lost/Delayed Orders:

• In case of lost or delayed shipments, customers should notify us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier.
• If an order is confirmed lost, we will reprint and resend the order at no additional cost to the customer.
• You are responsible to ensure your shipping address including unit/suite number is correct and in full. Any and all returned or undeliverable shipment charges we receive from the postal service for your order will be charged back to you.
